When we arrive at a point that nothing more can be done by them to help us cope with stress, secondary effects of medications and harsh treatments, we find ourselves alone.

In one of these moments I learnt Reflexology to help myself and people around me. Being conscious of my body-mind and knowing how to take care of it from inside out, made me enjoy myself and my life to the fullest.

Reflexology, Lymphatic Drainage, Osteopathy, Nutrition, Expert Massages… are extremely powerful options in prevention and palliative care alongside Conventional medicine.
